Also known as Mexican Mint Marigold, Mexican Tarragon is a perfect substitute for the more familiar French Tarragon with the same flavor and the ability to thrive in warmer climates. It produces cluster of bright orangish-yellow flowers making it ornamental as well. Used by the Mexican Indians, Aztecs and Myans in ceremony.
