Also known as Mexican Mint Marigold, Mexican Tarragon is a perfect substitute for the more familiar French Tarragon with the same flavor and the ability to thrive in warmer climates. It produces cluster of bright orangish-yellow flowers making it ornamental as well. Used by the Mexican Indians, Aztecs and Myans in ceremony. It was known as Yauhtli or 'plant of the clouds' by the Aztecs. Aphrodisiac, stimulant, digestive aid.
