My tea arrived today and looks/smells wonderful. I wanted to try it right away, but I'm bummed because package doesn't have instructions or amounts to use per serving...so I will have to wing it. I'm new to something that comes with whole ingredients like this, rather than ground, which is why I wanted to try this one. I love the mixture of herbs it contains.
