Black Hollyhock Seeds
 Alcea rosea nigra
Produces tall spikes of silky black-purple flowers. Dry the flowers and add them to herb teas to give them a nice rose-purple color. A member of the mallow family, Hollyhock is used as a gargle for oral inflammations and to sooth irritated mucous membranes.
