Hibiscus flowers make a beautiful wine red refreshing beverage high in Vitamin C and minerals. It's very tart, like cranberry juice, on its own so we like to sweeten ours up with a simple syrup infused with lemon verbena or stir it into lemonade to make it a pretty pink.
