 Seed Germinating Tips: Plant outdoors in spring after danger of frost, or indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date in your growing zone. Barely cover seed with fine soil. Keep soil moisture level and temperature consistent. Hibiscus has sporadic germination over the course of 21 days at 70-75 degrees fahrenheit. Transplant when several sets of true leaves have developed.
