Brassica rapa. 21 days for greens, 40 days to full size. The best for salad mixes with its deeply toothed leaves for texture and mild mustard flavor. A quarter of the leaves are dark purple, the rest have a purple tinge to the margins of the leaves and veins. Add to one of the lettuce mixes to spice it up.
